All figures produced by RemodelCostCalc are rough planning estimates based on typical cost bands. They are not quotes, bids, appraisals or professional advice, and they do not create any obligation for any contractor or for us. Actual project costs depend on your property, materials, local rules and the contractor you hire. Always obtain itemized bids from licensed, insured local contractors before committing to a project.

Acceptable use

You may use the calculators for your own personal or business planning. You may not scrape the site at scale, misrepresent its estimates as guarantees, or use the site to mislead consumers — for example, by presenting an estimate as a firm quote.

Contractor embed program

The embeddable calculator for contractors is in preparation and is not yet offered for sale. Prices mentioned on this site for that program are planned prices, may change before launch, and do not constitute an offer. Joining the founding list does not create a contract or a charge.
