Honest notes
The contractor embed is not on sale yet. The $29/month price is the planned launch price; founding-list members will be told first and can lock it in. We will not charge anyone before enrollment formally opens, and the homeowner calculators will stay free regardless.
Why free for homeowners? Planning a remodel budget should not require handing your email to a lead marketplace. The contractor embed is how the site will pay for itself — flat and transparent, rather than per-lead.
